Mobile concrete units

Mobile and semi-mobile concrete units are basically designed for concrete production in places where it takes a long time to bring the produced concrete or there is poor access. With such a concrete unit, it is possible to produce the required brand and the desired amount of concrete at any time and at the same time save or earn. Their production capacity is up to 40 m3/hour.

These nodes are designed to be up and running within hours. The amount of concrete needed at construction sites is different. By moving the concrete unit from one construction site to another, it is possible to maximize the volume of concrete production.

Fibo intercon also manufactures mobile cement silos of various capacities, which can also be moved from one place to another with a concrete unit. Mobile concrete units do not require any infrastructure, such as e.g. ramp or building where the device would be installed. The concrete unit can be used on flat ground. It also speeds up the preparation time.

Mobile concrete units are mounted on a chassis with wheels. This makes it easier to transport it from one place to another by dragging it. Semi-mobile concrete units are mounted on a frame with legs. This allows the assembly to be easily transported from one location to another using a crane for loading.

When starting work with both mobile and semi-mobile concrete units, an environmental impact assessment is not required.
