Accessories
In the production of concrete products, molds are used. During the production process, equipment is required for lifting, opening molds, etc. We can complete all the equipment for the production of concrete products.
Casting table
This table is used for pouring concrete into molds. The dimensions of the table are 250x125x8cm. The mold is placed on it and concrete is poured into it. The table has a moisture-resistant surface, which prevents it from deforming and causing unwanted bumps or depressions in the concrete product.
Form partition
This partition is used when it is necessary to cast several products of the same or different lengths in one mold. Depending on the height and width of the mold, the dimensions of these partitions are different.
Liquid spraying device
Before pouring concrete into the mold, its inner surfaces and base are sprayed with a special liquid. This is necessary so that the concrete poured into the mold does not stick to the surface and the mold can be easily removed once the concrete has hardened.
Concrete hopper
A concrete funnel can be used to prevent concrete from splashing when pouring it into a narrow gap in the shape of a highway barrier.
Concrete block grab (lifter)
In order to lift and move the manufactured concrete block, a concrete block grab is used. It is attached to the lift with a chain and the concrete blocks are lifted/moved with it. Depending on the dimensions of the block, we can offer you grabs with a working width of 40, 60 or 80cm.
Single lifting beam for grab
This beam is mounted between the lift and the gripper. The beam is placed on the forks of the forklift and the gripper is mounted to it. In this way, the gripper is held stably even in a non-rotating horizontal position.
Double lifting beam for grab
This beam is mounted between the lift and the grab. The beam is placed on the forks of the forklift and the grab is mounted to it. In this way, the grab is held stably and in a non-rotating horizontal position. With a double lift beam, the grab can be mounted to the lift both lengthwise and crosswise.
Forklift couplings
These couplings are installed in the form before pouring concrete into it. After the concrete has set and the form and couplings have been removed, we have cavities at the bottom of the concrete block for the forklift forks to insert and lift the concrete block.
Magnet, rubber ring and spherical anchor
Before pouring concrete into the form, magnets are attached to the concrete wall from the inside in appropriate places. Anchors with rubber rings are inserted into these magnets. Then concrete is poured. After the concrete has hardened, the form with magnets is removed, and the rubber ring is removed. A semicircular depression the size of a magnet with an anchor protruding from it remains on the surface of the concrete block (the anchor does not protrude above the surface of the block). These anchors are intended for lifting concrete blocks.
The magnets are reusable, the products wear out over time, and the anchors remain in the block.
Highway barrier connection profile (set)
This connection profile is used to connect barriers.
Lifting eye for anchors
This lifting eye is used to lift and move a concrete block. It is hooked onto an anchor in the block. Two eyes are usually used to lift a block, as the block usually has two lifting anchors for stability during lifting.
Lifting chain for lifting eyes
A lifting chain is used to lift concrete blocks with a forklift or crane. This chain has two hooks that attach to the lifting eyes.
Lifting chain for lifting paving slabs
This chain is designed for lifting and moving paving slabs.
Form opening key
This wrench is designed for dismantling forms when the concrete in them has already hardened.
