Automatic equipment for the production of concrete well rings

C-1200 concrete manhole ring production equipment can produce manhole rings with a diameter from 300mm to 1200mm. The equipment works on the principle of a vibropress. This equipment is installed on a concrete base prepared according to the manufacturer's layout. The concrete ring forming head, electrical and hydraulic controls are located on the surface.

The form is filled with concrete by an automatic concrete feeder or by a belt conveyor from a concrete mixer. All operations are semi-automatic or automatic.

Wet concrete rings are transported manually with a special trolley or chain conveyor.

• The diameter of the concrete ring is from 200mm to 1200mm
• The maximum height of the concrete ring is 1m
• Installed electrical power: 25 kW / 380 V
• The maximum power used is 15 kW

• 300 mm diameter = 150 concrete rings
• 400 mm diameter = 150 concrete rings
• 500 mm diameter = 120 concrete rings
• 600 mm diameter = 90 concrete rings
• 800 mm diameter = 60 concrete rings
• 1000 mm diameter = 50 concrete rings
• 1200 mm diameter = 40 concrete rings

All production capacities are calculated at maximum - 100% efficiency for 8 working hours. When calculating the real production capacity, it is necessary to take into account the actual efficiency, which is about 80%. It depends on other factors that can affect productivity - concrete (recipe of concrete), efficient work of workers (with breaks), delivery of concrete to the vibropress, design of the concrete product, shape characteristics, characteristics of production pallets, settings of the vibropress.
