Block production line Rometa 2010

Rometa 2010 is a fully automatic concrete block production line. Vibropress is characterized by stable quality and great versatility, easy to assemble and easy to operate.

With this production line, products such as tiles, pavers, partition blocks or 1m long curbs can be produced.

Technical parameters:

• Mixer type: planetary with 3 mixing blades, skip and hydraulic opening; with 12mm thick replaceable side and bottom plates
• Mixer capacity: 565 L
• Amount of materials to be mixed: 375 L
• Two 7.5 kW vibrating shafts for mold filling and compression
• 1100×600 mm base, with a capacity of 4 blocks of 20x20x40 cm, 5 pcs. 15 cm wide partition blocks or 0.4 sq.m. pads per cycle
• The size of the produced production pallet: 900 x 600 mm

Production parameters:

• 5 blocks 40 x 20 x 20 cm: 900 blocks/hour
• 7 partition blocks 15 cm wide: 1260 units/hour
• 25 pavers 20 x 10 cm: 90 m2/hour
• Maximum block height: 300 mm
• Minimum block height: 50 mm
