Block production line Rometa 2030

The Rometa 2030 is a larger than average capacity block production line. It is characterized by high quality, with a high resistance vibrocompressor. Works on the basis of a vibropress.

With this production line, products such as tiles, pavers, partition blocks or 1m long curbs can be produced.

Technical parameters:

• Mixer type: planetary with 3 mixing blades, skip and hydraulic opening; with 12mm thick replaceable side and bottom plates
• Mixer capacity: 750 L
• Amount of materials to be mixed: 500 L
• Two 15 kW vibrating shafts for mold filling and compression
• 1200×700 mm base with a capacity of 7.5 blocks of 20x20x40 cm, 7 pcs. 15 cm wide partition blocks or 0.5 sq.m. pads per cycle
• The size of the produced production pallet: 1200 x 700 mm
