Concrete moisture meter Hydro Mix

Hydro-Mix is a robust microwave moisture sensor for installation in mixers and on conveyors in process control environments. Hydronix has developed it to work in difficult conditions in mixers. The output of the sensor provides displayed information that can be used to connect the sensor to any control equipment. The sensor performs measurements 25 times per second, which allows you to have accurate and fast results of measuring the humidity of the measured materials.

The sensor can work in the optimal measurement mode depending on the measuring medium - sand, aggregate, concrete or other similar materials. The sensor can be installed in a mixer, a screw conveyor (spout) or in a chute.

Hydronix Hydro-Com software allows for easy remote sensor configuration, calibration, diagnostics, and firmware updates of the sensor's internal processor.
