Humidity sensor Hydro Probe Orbiter

The Hydro-Probe Orbiter is a digital microwave sensor designed specifically to measure moisture and temperature in fast-flowing abrasive materials. By choosing the installation method for a stationary tank, rotating tank or planetary mixer, the sensor head is easily inserted into the moving flow of the material to be measured and in this way accurate real-time moisture measurement is ensured.

Designed specifically for the concrete industry, the Hydro-Probe Orbiter can also be mounted as a stationary sensor below or above a belt conveyor and easily adapted for use in other industries such as sand, aggregates, grains, animal feed and fishmeal.

The Hydro-Probe Orbiter consists of 2 parts - the sensor head, which consists of electronics and connectors, and the sensor arms with solid ceramics. Both parts can be easily replaced, in which case it is not necessary to replace the entire sensor. To extend the life of the Hydro-Probe Orbiter, the sensor arm should always be installed with the arm guard and protection rings.
