Fibo Collect

Fibo collect is an automated concrete production unit that allows customers to purchase the desired amount of freshly produced and certified concrete, mortar or screed through a self-service terminal. The target audience is anyone who needs a small amount of mixture from 0.15 m3 (150 liters). These include small construction contractors, landscapers, farmers, builders and private individuals.

The customer parks his truck or trailer under the conveyor, selects the amount and type of concrete he needs on the terminal screen and pays for it with a credit card by scanning the barcode on the receipt or the RFID chip in the readers located next to the screen. Within a few minutes, the freshly made concrete is poured from the conveyor into the truck or trailer and a receipt is printed on the terminal.

The entire process in this self-service concrete batching plant is automated. All the vendor needs to do is replenish the materials from time to time.

After each concrete mixing and pouring, the system is automatically flushed. The flushed concrete enters the system's installed fine particle separation unit and is reused for production.
