When using this unit for the production of concrete products, it can be placed indoors or outdoors on legs or on a prepared foundation. With its help, elements of wells, pavers, sidewalk tiles, curb elements, water channels, environmental management elements, elements for road and land reclamation construction, elements for animal husbandry complexes, elements for electric farm, construction elements, stairs, steps, can be made from concrete. windowsills, pots, flower beds, decoration elements, works of art.

In the production of the above-mentioned products, the concrete produced in the concrete unit is poured into the appropriate molds and waited for it to set. This results in the desired products and small architecture.

The compact concrete unit is ready quickly. It does not need a special and smooth base to be placed at the workplace. All that needs to be done is to connect the electrical and water inputs and the cement hopper. It is possible to order a device with an open cement silo (as in the photo) for loading cement in bags or a larger cement silo depending on the amount of concrete produced and the required capacity. The cement silo is controlled by the concrete unit computer.

The MBT-450V concrete unit has a PLANETARY type concrete mixer. Planetary mixer is the best concrete mixing technology for surface mix concrete. Manganese vanes are replaceable and adjustable to ensure consistent quality of mixed concrete.

Aggregate and cement weight sensors (strain sensors) are located above the mixer and are connected to a PLC that controls the concrete production. Water is dosed through a water meter (a stable pressure connection to the water supply is required). Inert materials are loaded from the hoppers into the container above the concrete mixer by belt conveyors.

Since concrete production is fully automated, one operator is required to work on this device.
