Block production line Rometa 1010

Rometa 1010 is a medium capacity block production line. It is fully automated, characterized by stable quality and versatility, easy to assemble and simple to operate. Works on the basis of a vibropress.

With this production line, products such as tiles, pavers, partition blocks or 1m long curbs can be produced.

Technical parameters:

• Mixer type: planetary with 3 mixing blades, skip and hydraulic opening; with 12mm thick replaceable side and bottom plates
• Mixer capacity: 567 L
• Amount of materials to be mixed: 375 L
• Two 7.5 kW vibrating shafts for mold filling and compression
• 1100×600 mm base, which holds 4 blocks of 20x20x40 cm each, 5 pcs. 15 cm wide partition blocks or 0.4 sq.m. pads per cycle
• The size of the produced production pallet: 1100 x 600 mm

Production parameters:

• 4 blocks 40 x 20 x 20 cm: 600 blocks/hour
• 5 partition blocks 15 cm wide: 700 units/hour
• 20 pavers 20 x 10 cm: 60 m2/hour
