Block production line Rometa 2050

Rometa 2050 is a high-performance and high-quality block production line with a high-resistance vibrocompressor. It is fully automated with stable, highly flexible and high production quality. Easy to assemble and simple to operate. Works on the basis of a vibropress.

With this production line, products such as tiles, pavers, partition blocks or 1m long curbs can be produced.

Technical parameters:

• Mixer type: planetary with 3 mixing blades, skip and hydraulic opening; with 12mm thick replaceable side and bottom plates
• Mixer capacity: 1125 L
• Amount of materials to be mixed: 750 L
• Three 22 kW motors and four vibrating shafts for mold filling and compression
• 1200-1400 x 700 mm base, with a capacity of 7.5 blocks of 20x20x40 cm, 7 pcs. 15 cm wide partition blocks or 0.5 sq.m. pads per cycle
• The size of the produced production pallet: 1200 x 700 mm
