Horizontal cement silo

The horizontal cement silo is usually used in areas with limited height and windy areas, as well as when the place of concrete production needs to be changed frequently. It does not need foundations, special preparation of the base, it is quickly moved from one place to another.

As a standard, such a silo is mounted on a container frame with lifting eyes or on a tractor trailer. The silo comes with all equipment - cement auger, external motovibrators, airbags, cement augers, dust removal filter and control module.

A horizontal cement silo is usually used with a mobile concrete unit. In this case, the concrete unit is transported from one construction site to another on the trailer of one tractor, and the silo on the trailer of another tractor. In this case, a concrete unit with a cement silo can be built and ready for concrete production at another facility within a few hours.

The standard horizontal silos we offer are 23m³ and 38m³, but we can also offer silos of other capacities for installation on a frame or trailer.
